Receive my MCSE and MCTS certificates

After passing the exam 70-649 (TS: Upgrading Your MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist) in February 2008, I forgot to request the certificate shipment.
I requested the shipment last month, along with my MCSE Security 2000 certificate. Yes, this is a very old certificate! I also forgot to request it.
So then, last week I received the shipment: 4 MCTS certificates, 1 MCSE Security on Windows 2000 certificate, 1 ID Card for MCTS, and 1 ID card for MCP containing all Microsoft certification that I have. When I have time, I would like to continue to the MCITP certification. Don’t have the schedule yet.
